Can I buy only one of the two products?
Yes, and most people do. Beacon and Pulsar are priced and cancelled separately. The one you have not bought stays visible in your dashboard as a preview with its price on it.
Why is there no bundle discount?
Because a bundle price charges you for the product you did not want. Two lines that add up plainly is the honest version, and it means dropping one is a real saving rather than a repricing. Yearly billing is the only discount, at 17%.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged. Both products become read-only until you choose a plan, and your data stays and remains exportable.
Do the two products share data?
Yes, when you have both. A visitor who chats and a contact who receives your email are the same record, not two.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
In US dollars, at the same price in every country. Nearly everywhere that means a card. In Bangladesh you can pay by bKash or Nagad instead, for the same amount — the wallet is how the money moves, not a separate price list.
Is there a free tier?
No — only the 14-day trial of both products. A permanently free tier of an email sender is a permanently free spam relay, and GBNOX would rather not run one.
