The widget
One script tag on any site, no framework and no build step. It remembers the visitor between visits, so a returning customer does not start again from nothing.
In private beta · from $15/month
Pulsar is the conversation half of BeaconPulsar. One script tag puts chat on your site; an AI agent answers the questions it has seen before, and steps aside — with the whole thread — the moment a person should take over.
No framework, no build step, nothing on your server.
The last twenty of that thread. Nothing else, and no tools.
Open, pending, snoozed, resolved. Nothing hides in a fifth.
Bought on its own. Beacon is a separate purchase you do not have to make.
Install
No framework, no build step, nothing to install on your server. The widget remembers the visitor between visits.
<!-- Paste before </body>. That is the whole install. --><script src="https://cdn.beaconpulsar.com/pulsar.js" data-workspace="ws_7f3a91" defer></script>Handover
It has no tools on purpose — it cannot look up an order or issue a refund. When it is out of its depth it says so and hands over, with the whole thread already read.
Hi — do you ship outside the country, and how long does it usually take?
We do. International orders are normally five to seven working days once an order is packed, and you get a tracking link when it leaves us.
Can you cancel order 4471? I picked the wrong size.
I can't change an order myself, and I won't guess at what is in it. Bringing in someone who can — one moment.
Handed to Nadia R. — the AI stops replying on this thread
4471 has not shipped yet, so I can swap it to a medium — no need to reorder.
The desk
Four states and no fifth: open, pending, snoozed, resolved. Live over a websocket, so a message typed on your site appears here without a refresh.
| Conversation | State | Waiting |
|---|---|---|
| rima@example.com | Waiting for you | 2m |
| arif@example.com | AI answering | 4m |
| tanvir@example.com | Snoozed until 09:00 | 1h |
| sadia@example.com | Resolved | 3h |
What is in it
One script tag on any site, no framework and no build step. It remembers the visitor between visits, so a returning customer does not start again from nothing.
It answers what it can and hands over what it cannot. The agent who picks it up sees every message that came before, including the ones the bot sent.
Waiting, active, mine, unassigned — with keyboard shortcuts for moving between conversations, because a support desk is a keyboard job.
Type a slash, pick the reply. The answers your team already gives twenty times a day, written once.
Who is online, what is overdue, how the queue looks right now — for whoever has to answer for the queue rather than work it.
A visitor who chats and a contact who gets your email are one person, if you have both. The chat is part of the record, not a separate tool with its own list.
Pricing
One price list in US dollars, the same in every country. Yearly is the only discount, at 17%.
$15/month
One site, a couple of people answering.
$39/month
Enough repeat questions that the AI earns its place.
$99/month
A support desk with a rota and a queue to answer for.

Questions
It reads the last twenty messages of that thread and writes a short reply, as itself. It cannot look up an order, issue a refund, change an account or take any action in another system — it has no tools, deliberately.
On request, or when the AI is out of its depth. A flag flips the first time a person sends a message, the AI stops being asked, the agent sees the full thread, and a system line tells the visitor.
One script tag on your site — no framework, no build step, nothing to install on your server. The API is separate and is not required to use the product.
Live over a websocket. A message typed on your site appears on the desk without a refresh, and a reply typed on the desk appears in the widget the same way.
